ABOUT NEWTON CARES CLASSIC
Newton Cares Classic is a celebrity golf tournament aimed at raising awareness and funds for non-profit organizations in Jasper County and Central Iowa. The tournament, established in 2019,  is a collaborative effort made possible by City of Newton, United Way of Jasper County and the generous sponsors of NCC.

10:30 a.m. - Check In Begins at Westwood Golf Course
11 a.m. - Lunch Buffet Opens - Amazing food prepared by Magg Family Catering
12:15 p.m. - Welcome Remarks/Announcements 
12:30 p.m. - Tee Off at Westwood Golf Course
After tournament - Awards Announced/After Golf Party
DIRECTIONS 
To Westwood Golf Course:
To visit Westwood, take Interstate 80 to exit 164 to Hwy. 14 North. Proceed north on Hwy 14 to the four-way stop at First Avenue West and Highway 14. Turn left heading west to Westwood Golf Course. Turn left into the Westwood Golf Course drive and follow signage to parking lot and clubhouse.

UNITED WAY OF JASPER COUNTY
​United Way of Jasper County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that works to support health and human service programs serving the people of Jasper County. In 2018, UWJC-funded programs served more than 12,000 people.
FRIENDS OF NEWTON PARKS
​Friends of Newton Parks is non-profit group aimed at improving the lives by supporting park improvements, promoting healthy activities and making parks accessible for all.
